The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has recently accepted online application forms for the MP State Eligibility Test (SET). The commission is responsible for selecting candidates for the assistant professor posts within Madhya Pradesh State. This is a state-level examination that aims to determine the eligibility of candidates for assistant professor positions across various universities and colleges.
Candidates who have submitted their registration forms are now waiting to download their MP SET admit cards and appear in the exam. The exam conducting body will release the admit cards five to seven days prior to the exam. Candidates can access and download their admit cards from the official website. The MPPSC started the MP SET application process on 21 March 2024. The last date to submit the registration forms is 09 May 2024.
The exam board has recently published the official examination schedule for the upcoming academic year. The examination is scheduled to take place on 15th December 2024 (Tentative) and will cover a total of 20 subjects. The exam will be conducted at authorized centres across the region.
Students have to qualify for the two papers to be selected for the assistant professor posts in universities and colleges in Madhya Pradesh State. Students can check the table to learn about the exam pattern.
The admit card will be released on the official exam website. It is mandatory for all students to thoroughly read the instructions mentioned on the admit card before appearing for the examination. If a candidate reports to the exam centre without their admit card, they will be disqualified.
The admit card contains various essential information such as the candidate’s name, date of birth, signature, thumb impression, exam date, and exam centre. All candidates should reach the exam centre 5 to 10 minutes before the exam time to avoid any last-minute chaos.
